Operator

AGP is looking for a Process Operator at our new Degumming facility in David City, NE!

• This position will complete training at an operation AGP plant in Aberdeen, SD, Hastings, NE or Sergeant Bluff, IA.
  
  
  

Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery, adjust controls and observe equipment operations.
• Collect samples using standard operating procedures.
• Maintain log of gauge readings and shift production.
• Clean production area and perform periodic routine maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Available to work days, nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Basic math skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers, supervisors, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
• Detail-oriented and able to make good decisions.
• Able to operate a forklift, pallet jack and material handling equipment.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
