As a Maintenance-Soy professional at Ag Processing Inc, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical repair and maintenance, as well as excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
In this role, you will be responsible for repairing and replacing broken or non-functioning equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting electrical problems. You will also be expected to maintain plant sanitation standards and perform other duties as assigned.
- Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and optimize plant performance
- Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless plant operations

To succeed in this role, applicants must have a High School diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in mechanical, construction, or a related field. Strong knowledge of PSM, NFPA, OSHA, and EPA regulations is also required.
