What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fuel Delivery Driver position at Ag Valley Cooperative?
Primary Purpose: Deliver bulk fuel to Ag Valley customers safely and efficiently.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Deliver bulk fuel to customers
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Follow all applicable State and Federal DOT Rules and Regulations
- Has a working knowledge of the safety related items associated with vehicle operation and does not operate a commercial motor vehicle if a safety related item is discovered until deficiency is corrected
- Maintains all equipment associated with department to present a professional appearance
- During down times, driver may be asked to help in the shop if needed
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Education: High School diploma/GED
Experience: Prefer at least 2 months related experience or combination of education and experience
Qualifications: Clean Motor Vehicle record. Class A CDL with HAZMAT, tanker endorsements or ability to obtain
