Summary
As a Policy Service Representative Level I, you are the pivotal interface between the customer and AgWorkers Group of Companies; you are the face (or voice) of the company. Unless an insured has a claim, you might very well be the only contact a customer or existing policyholder may have with AgWorkers. You are responsible for walking the client through the on-boarding sales process or servicing an existing members policy. You determine eligibility, maintain current information on Policy Management System; and provide exceptional customer support while servicing the clients insurance needs.

- Obtaining client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.
- Determining eligibility by matching client information to company requirements.
- Adhering to product guidelines and eligibility requirements.
- Establishing policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.
- Informing clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.
- Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Complying with all policies and procedures in the Employee Handbook.
- Other projects and duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities
- Continuous familiarity with AgWorkers Private Passenger Automobile product(s).

Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in the insurance industry.
- Possess and Maintain TX Property & Casualty License or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
- Working knowledge of Insuresoft/Diamond Policy Management system and ImageRight or similar file imaging work platform.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
Position Type and Expected Hours
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Overtime may be required on occasion.
