1. Conduct drill down analyses on health care utilization drivers to identify improvement/initiative opportunities within KP Northern California Medicaid / Dual-Eligible population
2. Manage structure and process to assess opportunities and develop & execute action plans across diverse stakeholders
3. Monitor progress of initiatives and identifies risks, issues, and trigger events
Top Three Skillsets needed:
1. Consulting: Ability to facilitate alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to identify and drive health care utilization improvement initiatives
2. Analytic: Strong quantitative analytic skills and direct experience using analytic tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, SAS)
3. Project Management: Monitors progress of initiatives and identifies risks, issues, and trigger events
Serves as a managerial consultant to ensure the alignment, buy-in, and coordination of diverse stakeholders to drive the implementation of strategic business initiatives and projects/programs across one or more functional tracks or workstreams. Drives strategic data-informed decisions by gathering data and information in an established systematic fashion, preparing data for analytic efforts, and executing and interpreting data analyses. Proactively monitors action plans and identifies client, project, program, and/or business risks.

Pay: $65.00 - $70.00 per hour
