Job Summary
Agape ABA Services is committed to providing high-quality, evidence-based ABA therapy to individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities. The Case Manager (CM) is a Master’s level professional (or BCBA candidate) responsible for writing assessments, developing treatment plans, overseeing case execution, and ensuring intervention fidelity. The CM coordinates with Senior Behavior Technicians (SBTs), Clinical Supervisors (CSs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure effective implementation.
Essential Functions
- Conduct and write formal assessments (FBAs, Vineland-3, ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, preference assessments)
- Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Ensure ethical and compliant treatment goal writing and reporting
- Oversee SBT, CS, and RBT implementation of treatment plans
- Monitor data trends and adjust interventions as needed
- Lead parent training sessions and provide behavior support
- Attend IEPs and interdisciplinary team meetings
- Train staff on intervention techniques, data collection, and session fidelity
- Audit documentation for accuracy and compliance
- Facilitate service transitions as needed
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and create initial treatment plans
- Oversee session execution and provide real-time feedback
- Lead caregiver training and education sessions
- Audit session data and SOAP notes
- Attend interdisciplinary coordination meetings
- Meet with staff to review client progress and training needs
- Prepare and submit documentation for treatment authorizations
- Analyze client data to inform treatment updates
- Facilitate group training for team members
- Support onboarding of new clinical staff
- Participate in leadership and case review meetings
- Update treatment plans, progress reports, and reauthorization paperwork
- Evaluate clinical outcomes and ensure audit readiness
- Monitor parent training logs and caregiver engagement
- Contribute to discussions on clinical improvements and staff development
Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- BCBA certification (preferred) OR enrolled in a BCBA-approved program with supervision experience
- Minimum of 2 years ABA clinical experience, with case management experience preferred
- Skilled in clinical documentation, treatment planning, and data analysis
- Familiar with Passages Health, Office365, Excel, MacOS, or similar platforms
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with caregivers, staff, and interdisciplinary teams
- Knowledge of insurance and funding requirements in ABA services
