As the Director of Nursing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the nursing department of our healthcare facilities. Your main objective will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and maintain the highest standards of nursing practice. You will be responsible for developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures, as well as monitoring and evaluating the performance of nursing staff. Minimum Qualifications :
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field.
- Valid RN nursing license in the state of Florida
- Proven experience in a nursing leadership role, such as Nurse Manager or Assistant Director of Nursing.
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices, regulations, and standards.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
