Essential Functions:
The Hospice Liaison or Account Executive is responsible for generating new hospice business, identifying new markets, and maintaining existing service. This position involves daily interaction with patients, medical professionals, referral sources, and the community to assure continuity of care and coordination of appropriate communication and documentation.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A heart to serve patients and families
- Minimum of an Associate Degree in a health-related field or proven work experience
- 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, preferably in hospice
