Job Description: Assistant Director of Nursing (RN)

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of compassionate, patient-centered care within our Hospice House scope of services.
- Develop, implement, and oversee personalized care plans for each patient, ensuring optimal outcomes while maintaining high standards of care.
- Evaluate and improve the quality of care delivered in an efficient, cost-effective manner, fostering positive relationships with patients, families, and staff.
- Provide ongoing education and training to the care team, managing staff development through new hire orientation, and supporting continuous professional growth.
- Oversight of clinical and supportive services, ensuring safe delivery in accordance with best practices and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, hospice environment preferred.
- Clinical and supervisory knowledge and experience suitable for assigned supervision responsibilities.
