We are seeking a Business Operations Specialist to analyze complex system design challenges and create effective solutions. This role involves designing application systems, preparing system flow charts, and enhancing the interoperability of software systems. The Specialist will provide technical support to staff on software applications, research and implement software solutions to improve operational efficiency, and offer analytical support to the Senior Leadership Team. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, generating and analyzing HCHB reports, resolving HCHB-related issues, offering support for HCHB and other software applications, processing HCHB workflows, and creating or updating written documents and standard operating procedures. Additionally, the role involves participation in special projects as needed.

- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
- Education: Associates Degree or Four year degree preferred.
- Experience: 2-5 year’s administrative experience in an appropriate clinical care or similar environment preferred. Ability to work independently and anticipate department’s daily administrative needs. Knowledge of medical industry. Good communication, interpersonal, telephone and documentation skills. Strong skill set with Microsoft Office suite. Demonstrate ability to learn new computer software and multi-task. Must be discreet and maintain HIPAA and confidentiality in the workplace.
