We are seeking a highly skilled Care Manager to lead our hospice operations team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in healthcare management and a passion for providing exceptional patient care.
About the Role:
- Plan, direct, and coordinate daily hospice operations to ensure compliance with regulations and organizational goals.
- Provide financial oversight and participate in sales and marketing activities to drive growth and improve patient experiences.
- Mentor and supervise a team of registered nurses and support staff.

Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school (BSN preferred).
- Current state license as a registered nurse.
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare management experience as a registered nurse in an appropriate clinical care setting, home health, or hospice environment (preferred).
- 2 years of hospice experience required.
