About Our Pediatric Team
Hands of Hope is South Carolina's only statewide, home-based palliative care and concurrent hospice care provider with a dedicated pediatric team. We serve a growing portion of Georgia and North Carolina, providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to children facing life-limiting illnesses and their families.
Our pediatric nurses are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care. With 3 years of experience in a clinical setting or home health environment and 1 year of pediatric experience required, you'll be well-equipped to handle the demands of this role.
