We are seeking an experienced Revenue Cycle Team Leader to join our team at Agape Care Group. As a Revenue Cycle Team Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and directing the work of the billing team in all daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the work of the billing team
- Review and analyze billing processes to identify areas for improvement
- Evaluate compliance with agency policy, accounting standards, and billing requirements of Medicare and Room and Board
Requirements
- Five years of clinical billing experience
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Able to speak, read, and write English
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and documentation skills
