Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse on our care team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences. You'll work closely with patients and their families to understand their needs and preferences, developing personalized care plans that cater to their unique circumstances.
About the Role:
- Develop strong relationships with patients and their families
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Provide high-quality patient care, focusing on compassion, empathy, and understanding
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Current state license as a registered nurse
- 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Able to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs
