Your Role:
As a Registered Nurse on our team, you'll be responsible for evaluating patients, creating care plans, and ensuring effective communication among patients, families, and the care team. Your role emphasizes compassionate care for patients facing life-limiting illnesses, fostering meaningful experiences while providing a supportive environment with numerous professional development opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team
- Provide compassionate care and support to patients facing life-limiting illnesses
- Foster meaningful experiences and provide a supportive environment
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Current state license as a registered nurse
- 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical care setting (hospice experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs
