- Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and families during difficult times. ">
Requirements

- A graduate of an accredited Certificate, Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing. ">
- At least 2 years experience within the last 5 years in chronic disease management/long-term care. Hospice background preferred. ">
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively. ">
