**Job Description:** As a Hospice Liaison or Account Executive, you will be responsible for building relationships with local hospitals and healthcare providers to secure referrals. You will also be responsible for educating the community and referral sources on hospice care and services.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with local hospitals and healthcare providers
- Securing referrals and growing new business
- Educating the community and referral sources on hospice care and services
- Daily interaction with patients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of care
**Requirements:
- Minimum of an Associate Degree required in field of study or proven work experience in a health-related field
- 2 years of sales experience in a clinical care setting, hospice preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively
