About the Job:
We are seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse to join our team at Agape Care Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering high-quality patient care, with a focus on pediatric palliative care.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and create care plans for pediatric patients
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing medical procedures, and monitoring patient condition
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
Requirements:
- Current state license as a registered nurse
- 3 years of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting or home health environment
- 1 year of pediatric experience required
- Reliable transportation and ability to lift 80-100 lbs
