This full-time After-Hours position offers a balanced work-life environment, consisting of on-call duties from Friday evening to Monday morning, backed by a dedicated Triage Department. As a Registered Nurse (RN) in Palliative care, you will provide compassionate care and support to patients facing life-limiting illnesses, acting as their advocate while collaborating with the care team and families.

You will serve as the patient advocate, ensuring every patient receives the quality care they deserve. You'll be fully supported by our 24/7 RN staffed Triage Department alongside your local hospice team.
