Job Description
We are looking for certified nursing assistants who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. As a certified nursing assistant, you'll assist patients with daily activities, monitor patient conditions, and report any changes to the care team. Your role will be to provide compassionate care and support to patients facing life-limiting illnesses and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor patient conditions and report any changes to the care team
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
- Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant
- 1 years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility
- Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25lbs
