We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a LPN, you will deliver compassionate hospice care under the supervision of a registered nurse to patients with life-limiting illnesses. Your role will involve conducting patient visits, providing routine care, and fostering effective communication with patients and their families.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current state license as a licensed practical nurse
- 2 years of nursing experience in an acute care setting or equivalent experience (hospice experience preferred)
- Reliable transportation and ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 25 lbs
