Job Description
We are seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse to join our team at Hands of Hope, our pediatric program. As a pediatric nurse with our organization, you will evaluate patients and create care plans that meet their unique needs. You will also communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the care team to ensure that everyone is informed and involved in the care process.

- Evaluate patients and create individualized care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- A current state license as a registered nurse.
- 3 years of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting or home health environment.
- 1 year of pediatric experience.
- Reliable transportation.
- The ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently, and lift at least 80-100 lbs.
