Pediatric Registered Nurse Role
We are seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse to join our dedicated pediatric team at Hands of Hope, South Carolina's only statewide, home-based palliative care and concurrent hospice care provider. As a Pediatric Registered Nurse, you will evaluate patients and create care plans, communicating with patients, families, and the care team to ensure every patient receives quality care.
You will serve as the driver of our care team, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication among all stakeholders. With reliable transportation and ability to lift 80-100 lbs, you will be equipped to provide exceptional care in various settings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited certificate, diploma, associate or baccalaureate school of nursing
- Current state license as a registered nurse
- 3 years of experience as a nurse in a clinical care setting or home health environment
- 1 year of pediatric experience
