Duties
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the preschool curriculum
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for children
- Manage classroom activities and ensure student engagement
- Utilize effective behavior management techniques
- Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in young learners
- Collaborate with parents and staff to support student progress
- Conduct assessments to track student development
Skills
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
