Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for toddler children. This role requires a strong commitment to the well-being and development of children, ensuring they receive quality care and guidance throughout their time at Agape.
Responsibilities
- Provide attentive and responsive care to children, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
- Implement age-appropriate behavior management techniques to foster positive interactions among children.
- Assist with daily routines.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment conducive to learning and play.
Experience
- Previous experience in childcare settings such as daycare centers, preschools, or as a nanny is preferred.
- Familiarity with early childhood education principles is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of behavior management strategies to support children's emotional and social development is beneficial.
- Certification in first aid CPR or willingness to obtain certification is required.
