This role's overall purpose is to strategize clinic processes to achieve company goals. This involves managing the company's finances, developing our team, and leading marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Finds risks and opportunities in the business to avoid conflict and to advance business interest
• Collaborates with the owner to create and implement plans to strategically reach the business objectives
• Organizes training and competency programs for new and established employees
• Participates in budget planning and monitoring of income and expenses; handles accounts payable and invoices
• Ensure patients experience an excellent level of customer service and satisfaction within our practice
• Develops the company's cultures and promotes transparency and teamwork
• Supervises team; creates the staff schedule, supplies direction and performance input, and helps onboard new hires
• Tracks business performance and supplies strategic direction to improve overall production of the practice.
• Maintains, prepares, and files statutory documents with relevant government agencies
• Leads result-driven company meetings that build the team while delivering necessary information

Education requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field of study
• A high school diploma and a minimum of 6 years of applicable medical and/or management experience may be considered
• MBA is highly desirable

• Management skills: The ideal manager for this role strives to understand each employee's strengths to assign duties and set goals. They effectively oversee and delegate tasks to maximize the company's resources, productivity, and time. This includes directing multiple people and multiple projects simultaneously.
• Decision-making skills: The person in this role will make important decisions that affect the future and current state of the company. Its essential they make well-informed decisions that will lead to growth opportunities and success for the business. Acting decisively and making prompt decisions is imperative to evaluate the company's aim and provide solutions to potential problems.
• Empathy skills: Company manager understands the feelings or experiences of the team to show them that the organization values their input. This builds teamwork and fosters a supportive environment for employees.
• Technology skills: This role requires an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Publisher, Excel, and PowerPoint as well an overall ability to quickly learn and understand medical and financial software. Confidence in the use of social media platforms for marketing agendas is imperative.
