Duties

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinical standards.
- Utilize medical terminology effectively in communication with healthcare professionals.
- Engage in utilization management activities to optimize resource use and improve patient outcomes.
- Provide support in critical care situations and emergency medicine as needed.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives within the clinic setting.
Experience
- A valid Registered Nurse (RN) license is required.
- Experience in acute care settings or critical care is preferred.
- Familiarity with operating room (OR) procedures is a plus.
- Knowledge of utilization management processes is beneficial.
- Previous experience in emergency medicine or similar environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team are essential.
