ABOUT THE ROLE
The Hospice Chaplain is responsible for the provision of spiritual care services to patients and families/caregivers of Sage Hospice and Palliative Care either directly or through coordination of care with other counselors.
- This position must be filled by a Rabbi
- Schedule: PRN
- Coverage Areas: Atlanta and surrounding areas
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- Associate's degree in divinity, theology, or biblical studies or certification as an ordained minister.
- One (1) year of experience in hospice or healthcare.
- In Georgia only: documented completion of Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE), per state requirements.
- Experience with patients, families/caregivers through death or dying.
- Must have reliable transportation, proof of current automobile insurance and a valid driver’s license.
- Must have Rabbi Credentials
