ABOUT THE ROLE
The Triage Nurse Supervisor is responsible for the operational oversight and management of all patient care activities and outcomes during their assigned shifts. The Triage Supervisor ensures a culture of compliance, accountability, quality patient outcomes, and clinical excellence is maintained while adhering to the standards of quality care and contributing to the organization’s mission, vision, and values.
REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE :
- Registered Nurse with current license to practice professional nursing in assigned state(s).
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited program.
- Three (3) years of management or supervisory experience in hospice or related healthcare organizations.
- Must have reliable transportation, proof of current automobile insurance, and a valid driver’s license.
