We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable Insurance Producer to join our growing Independent Agency in Peoria. The Insurance Producer will assist with the customer service, sales, and marketing of insurance products for our company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships with clients. No cold-calling and we do not buy leads. Our agency is built on referrals and relationships.
Insurance Producer Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain relationships with clients
· Develop and implement marketing strategies to generate insurance sales
· Negotiate and process insurance policies
· Promote the sale of insurance products
· Research and analyze customer needs and suggest suitable insurance coverage
· Monitor client accounts to ensure all policies are up to date
· Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely manner
· Maintain detailed records of all sales
Insurance Producer Requirements and Qualifications
· Licensed and experienced as a property & casualty producer is strongly desired
· Knowledge of insurance regulations and policies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to build relationships with clients
· Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and EZLynx management (CRM) software is desired
