We are seeking a Customer Service & Office Coordinator, to work out of our corporate office in Durham, NC, who has a passion for delivering superior customer service and helping support our lawn care team members and business.

The pay for this position is $35,000-$45,000 per year based on experience. You will also be eligible for our monthly bonus program.

What You'll Do:
  • Handle and answer inbound calls from our customers - Up to 90 per day.
  • Timely and professionally handle all customer requests and concerns using problem-solving skills.
  • Educate customers on all services that are provided.
  • Handle and process payments.
  • Coordinate quickly and professionally with divisions.
  • Represent Agape Lawn Company with professionalism and care while on-site, ensuring a great customer experience.
  • Assist with other office duties as needed, ensuring no two days are the same!
What We’re Looking For:
  • Reliable transportation to and from work.
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service and/or call center environment required; experience in a relatable industry preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites required; experience working with Service Autopilot Software highly preferred.
  • Comfortable working in an office environment and prolonged sitting in front of a computer with or without reasonable accommodations.
  • Consistently arrive on time and ready to represent Agape with a clean, professional appearance.
