Responsibilities :
- Assist in all aspects of asphalt paving, including surface preparation, layout, and finishing.
- Operate heavy equipment such as pavers, rollers, and skid steers.
- Ensure work is completed to high-quality standards and within safety guidelines.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on paving equipment.
- Follow directions from supervisors and contribute to team efforts to meet project goals.
