Rehabilitation Specialist - LMSW-C | Behavioral Health Clinic

Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker Clinical (LMSW-C) to join our team. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing counseling and support services to individuals facing various challenges. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical social work, crisis intervention, and addiction counseling.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues and behavioral concerns.
- Offer crisis intervention and management services to clients in distress.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Supervise and mentor social work staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary resources.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in compliance with regulations.

-Supervise LMSW Team members.

Experience:
- Being a Licensed Master Social Worker-Clinical is required.
- Proven experience in workforce development, crisis intervention, crisis management, addiction counseling, and behavioral health.
- Strong background in childcare, child welfare, social work, and supervising roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
- Compassionate and empathetic approach towards clients' needs.
