What are the responsibilities and job description for the FOH Manager position at Agave 137?
The Front of House Manager at Agave 137 is responsible for managing all FOH operations in a busy establishment. The FOH Manager oversees, directs, and coordinates the planning, organizing, training, and leadership of restaurant staff necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness and sanitation.
- Must have at least 10 years Overall Restaurant Experience
- Must have at least 3 years FOH Manager Restaurant Experience
- Must be familiar with TOAST POS
- Must be able to handle high-paced, high-stress environment
- Must have a positive attitude
- Must be trustworthy, creative, accountable, and responsible
- Must be familiar with uploading invoices
- Must have extensive knowledge of FOH restaurant and bar rules, regulations, laws, liquor board policies
- Must be able to show leadership, focus and memorization skills
- Must have experience handling disciplinary action and resolvement
