Are you a skilled baker with leadership experience? We’re looking for a Baker
Supervisor who will lead the team when the GM is off while still being hands-on in baking
and production.
What You’ll Do:
Oversee and support baking operations, production schedules, and quality control.
Ensure all team members are on task and maintaining high standards.
Open or close the store as a key holder and handle shift management responsibilities.
Train and guide staff to ensure smooth operations.
Assist with inventory, ordering, and stock management.
Maintain a positive, high-energy environment, leading by example.
