- Memonorizing and utilizing our serving preparation sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen.
- Ensuring that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleaning standards.
- Working with a team of cooks to do preparation work for other shifts when needed.
- Monitoring product freshness and rotating product based on predetermined schedule.
- Able to work without supervision while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.
- Able to work in a scratch kitchen.
