Agawam West Rehab & Nursing is seeking an experienced Admissions Liaison Director to fill a full-time position. As the Admissions Liaison Director, you will be responsible for managing and directing the admissions process.
The Admissions Liaison Director leads census growth and admission activities, and maintains relationships with professionals and community referral sources. You will establish and improve relationships in order to place individuals with skilled nursing needs. Your job duties will also include performing patient intake evaluations, clinically approving admissions, processing health insurance information, back round checks, and collaborating with other staff to improve processes.
Don't forget...
- CNA or nursing license preferred.
- Clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility setting preferred.
- Liaison experience or healthcare marketing background preferred.
- Familiarity with post-acute care, rehabilitation hospitals, sub-acute rehabilitation facilities, and the local healthcare market preferred.
- This is a direct hire position; we do not go through an agency.
