We are looking for a skilled Warehouse Team leader for our warehouse and dispensing, who can develop and implement new processes and coordinate and prioritize day-to-day operations.
Our department
You will join the Warehouse team under the Supply Chain Management department consisting of 60 dedicated colleagues with main responsibility for the areas procurement, planning, warehousing and shipping. We support all AGC production and collaborate closely with key stakeholders and external suppliers through the entire supply chain. We are working in an international and customer oriented way to secure fast and reliable support to our customers.
The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for someone truly interested in making a difference. You will be a part of a strong and self-depended team, which is supporting manufacturing 7 days a week, 365 days a year and are working different shifts. You will be managing shift/vacation planning, set directions for the team, 1:1, and will participate in streamlining material handling and optimize activities in order to enhance compliance and minimize lead-time. It is expected that in busy times you lead the way by example.

Your Primary Tasks Will Include...
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers internal and external
Supervise the daily operations across shifts and warehouses
Drive best practices for warehouse operations and related logistical activities, as well as inventory management, warehouse staff development, and performance metrics
Secure and coordinate timely deliveries for day to day activities
Plan and coordinate team activities i.e. empty quarantine area, remove expired materials etc.
Support audit readiness, logbook review, monthly cleaning etc.
Participate in relevant plan and coordination board meetings, KPI meeting etc.
Development and implementation of new processes for improved handling of materials
Develop employees through coaching, training, and mentoring
Additional responsibilities to support supply chain or company activities as designated by management including audits and inspections

Your Qualifications...
5-year experience from a similar position with warehouse management (preferably in a GMP environment).
Education: Lab technician, Engineer, Logistic coordinator, Leader or other relevant background.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with respect to operations and personnel management
Knowledge of or interest in occupational health and safety in a production environment would be an advantage
Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Thorough knowledge with regulatory audits
Working knowledge of LEAN strategy and inventory management systems is an advantage
Advanced oral and written communications skills; ability to communicate with management, peers and subordinates effectively
Fluency in Danish and English
