SUMMARY:
AGC Biologics is seeking a People & Culture Business Partner (Human Resources) to develop, implement, drive and support People & Culture (P&C) programs and initiatives at our Colorado sites. You will be a member of a performance driven global P&C team and will have strategic and operational responsibilities.
The People & Culture Business Partner (P&CBP) will partner with leaders to assess, create, and execute talent solutions that are aligned with business strategy. As an advisor and active partner assigned to business units, the P&CBP will provide coaching, guidance and support to leaders and employees related to People & Culture (Human Resources) policies and practices, performance management, compliance, employee relations, investigations, and employee engagement. As a key member of our P&C team, this position will collaborate with leaders and employees to deliver HR Service and transformational solutions which anticipate, plan and deliver business-focused solutions.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Initiatives and Implementation
Shape and drive the implementation of strategic people and culture (P&C) initiatives, aligning them with organizational goals.
Partner with leaders to develop and execute P&C strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
Data-Driven Insights:
Collaborate with leadership to analyze people analytics, providing actionable recommendations to enhance performance, retention, and overall employee experience.
Take initiative in driving positive change by utilizing data analysis as the foundation for strategic decisions and recommendations.
Talent Management and Development:
Support organizational development activities, including talent management, performance management, succession planning, retention, and diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) initiatives.
Work closely with talent acquisition and department leaders to identify, develop, and retain talent, ensuring job descriptions are accurate and recruitment ranges are competitive and equitable.
Policy and Best Practices:
Serve as a subject matter expert, providing strategic and hands-on expertise in HR policies and practices across performance, talent management, recruiting, and development.
Coach and train leaders on the consistent application of HR processes, practices, and policies, ensuring effective implementation across the employee lifecycle.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
Promote a positive employer-employee relationship and high employee morale, acting as an ambassador of the organization’s core values, ethics, and mission.
Implement a culture that fosters employee engagement, management accountability, teamwork, innovation, and ethical values to enhance individual and organizational performance.
Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
Work with Learning & Performance to ensure training programs meet organizational needs and drive development.
Proactively seek knowledge of industry trends, best practices, legal developments, and technological advancements to inform HR strategies and operations.
Coaching and Support:
Coach and counsel managers and employees on employee relations, performance management, corrective action, and employment law, providing guidance on best practices.
Ensure the effective application of benefits and rewards programs to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
Additional Responsibilities: undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the organization's evolving needs.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelors’ Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field. Equivalent education/experience may substitute for stated requirements.
HR professional certification (PHR/ SPHR/ SHRM CSP/ SHRM SCP) highly desirable.
5 years of related human resources experience. Experience must include working with organizational development for a large organization and/or functional business unit.
Previous experience in a pharmaceutical, biologics or similar industry highly desired.
2 years experience with compensation, employee relations, change management, talent acquisition highly desired.
COMPENSATION:
$108,100 - $148,600
