AGC Heat Transfer, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Alfa Laval, AB, is the leading OEM of sanitary plate heat exchangers in North America. We manufacture plate heat exchangers specifically designed for sanitary applications, offering complete heat exchangers, services, and upgrades to plate packs, gaskets, and spares that fit multiple brands. Our company culture emphasizes customer service and technical/consultative sales.
We currently consist of three manufacturing/service facilities: Bristow, VA, Fairview, OR, and Pleasant Prairie, WI, with approximately 110 employees. Most of our sales are in the US & Canada, and we have more than doubled our sales since Alfa Laval acquired us in 2007. As a Safety Engineer, you will work closely with our facilities to develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
This role requires strong administrative and people management skills, including team building and leadership. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver safety training and related topics effectively.
