The Accounting Clerk role provides financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization. He/she handles the cancellations, inventory and filing, scanning. This individual assists with other tasks that may come up in the accounting office.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, working knowledge of the industry, experience in accounting, strong administrative and organizational skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Candidates must have fluent English speaking and writing skills; good time management skills; and professional dress, speech, and behavior.
Responsibilities
- Cancellations of Warranties
- Maintains the Inventory
- Warranty payables
- Provides administrative assistance as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Accounting experience preferred
