Responsibilities:
· Direct Sales of AT&T products and services to existing customers and to new customers in a BIG-BOX retailer.
· Establish relations between retail customers and our client (AT&T) (existing and new acquisitions) through direct in-person interaction.
· Setting and keeping appointments with customers.
· Analyzing development and performance
· Learning to provide team feedback and mentorship.
· Learning to train and develop a team.
· Learning then facilitating leadership and training workshops.
Cross-Training Opportunities
· Client management and new business development.
· Human resources and recruiting.
· Management and team building.
Desired Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales and customer service.
