20% of your time you will be:
- Participating in office training
- Working on personal & professional development/training of others
- One on one coaching in a fun and enjoyable environment
80% of your time you will be:
- Obtaining new sales acquisitions directly with person to person contact in a retail store setting
- Working with existing customers about service promotions and upgrades
- Team Building and team training
- Management training
- Engulfed in an amazingly fun/positive/growth oriented environment
Retail Direct Sales/Account Management Position Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED desired
- Full time availability (11am-7pm WEEKDAYS 10am-6pm WEEKENDS)
- Personal/reliable transportation
