Location: AGC Multi Material America, Inc. (AMMA) – Tempe, AZ
Pay:
- 1st Shift (5:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.) – $18.00/hr
- 2nd Shift (2:00 p.m. – 10:30 p.m.) – $19.00/hr

We’re looking for Quality Associates who are excited to take on challenges, grow their skills, and help us deliver world-class products.
As a Quality Associate, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards:
- 🔍 Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
- 📝 Document inspection results with accuracy and attention to detail
- 💪 Move and transport materials, including lifting loads of up to 50 pounds
- 🔄 Cross-train across departments as business needs evolve
- 🦺 Stay safe by completing required OSHA training and passing annual certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment (noise, dust, fumes)
- Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform physical tasks safely
- Basic English reading, writing, and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts as needed
- 💰 Competitive Pay:
- $18.00/hour for 1st Shift
- $19.00/hour for 2nd Shift
