What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hardware Sales Associate position at AgCentral Farmers Co-op and Ace Hardware?
Looking for someone with retail sales experience, particularly in hardware. Needs to be self-motivated, have good customer service skills, good communication skills, and be willing to go the extra mile. Professionalism is key. Position is full time with 40 hours per week.
Position will require helping customer find what they need. As well as making suggestions to help them complete a job easier. Stocking products, fronting shelves, and house keeping also required.
Must be able to lift 60lbs regularly and stay on your feet for 8 hours per day.
