The Senior Manager of Global Benefits and Wellbeing is responsible for leading AGCO’s global strategy and design programming that supports the needs of our AGCO’s employees in key areas: physical, social, emotional, work/life balance and financial. As a member of the Total Rewards Leadership Team, you will lead and direct the strategy, philosophy, governance, compliance and execution of various benefit programs, retirement plans, including evaluating cost containment opportunities, managing audits, developing budgets, and supporting other related activities to meet business objectives. The position works across functions, levels and geographies providing efficient, cost-effective global benefits and wellbeing solutions.


Your Impact

  • Lead a global team in the execution of AGCO's benefits, wellbeing and retirement strategy. Ensure all qualified retirement and welfare plans are, and remain, in statutory and legal compliance in all countries; initiate and implement actions to remedy deficiencies.
  • Monitor the cost of Company-sponsored benefit plans worldwide; implement improvements; manage and lead selection of service administrators and insurance providers. Ensure AGCO’s total compensation plans are competitive and meet employee needs.
  • Oversee global renewal and open enrollment processes including the design and implementation of training materials for HR partners and business leaders to execute a communication strategy to ensure AGCO employees understand the Benefit Plan offerings, policies and regulation.
  • Benchmark programs with the markets and provide recommendations, assessment and management of brokers/vendors in current locations and new locations as AGCO expands globally.
  • Ensure efficiency of service center operations, technology and transaction processes as it relates to benefit programs.


Your Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business. Master’s degree in business or human resources related field preferred.
  • 10 years business experience as a global benefits profession with specific experience in wellbeing, health & welfare, retirement, policy and program design, administration, and implementation.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills and analysis. Intermediate skills with, Excel, Word and PowerPoint Experience with SAP/Dayforce (preferred) or other 3rd party HRIS.
  • CCP/CEBS/CBP certification desirable.
  • Results orientated experience in a global, publicly held company leading business partner relationships of traditional insurance companies and innovative wellness start-ups.
