The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervising production activities, coordinating workflow, and maintaining quality and safety standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency and ensuring production goals are being met. The Production Supervisor reports to the Production Manager.
Your Impact
- Will be responsible for immediate supervision for a group of employees and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and provide training for new staff
- Analyze and resolve problems to maintain a continued high level of efficiency and quality
- Work closely with other leaders to foster a spirit of cooperation between departments
- Individually contribute to team success by performing individual tasks as needed
- Follow production schedule and accurately track completed Work Order
Your Experience and Qualifications
- 3 plus years of experience and/or training in Production, Manufacturing and/or Supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2-year degree, preferred
- Experience in GP ERP System and SCALE WMS System, preferred
Your Compensation
This position will pay within the range of $36,212-$68,201, based on experience. (If applicable add) This position is eligible for a bonus based on 6% of compensation.
