This role will play a pivotal role in our organization by creating and maintaining a quality culture throughout the organization that delivers high quality products and services to our farmer customers. This role is the most senior person in the Product Integrity department leading the Global Product Integrity team, reporting directly to the Senior Vice President, Chief Supply Chain Officer and serving as a member of the Supply Chain leadership team. The incumbent’s expertise and leadership will be crucial in developing and optimizing our quality standards, systems and processes, leading quality culture change, and implementing best practices across the organization.
Your Impact
Serve as the global quality leader charged with defining and overseeing quality excellence
Quality Standards : Establish global quality standard for AGCO and ensure global and regional quality procedures adhere to the established standard.
Quality Systems : Evaluate and recommend global and regional tools and systems required to enable disciplined execution. Lead global deployment of required tools and systems.
Operational Quality : Ensure high quality delivery from our manufacturing organization and suppliers. Drive continuous improvement across manufacturing and supplier quality.
New Product Introduction (NPI) : Lead quality adherence and compliance to global AMPIP standard, actively overseeing validation and participating in OPC / SRPC process.
Warranty : Influence standard and extended warranty policies. Lead supplier recovery efforts.
Define, develop and oversee execution of quality standards, systems and processes that include reliability standards and testing requirements for all products, processes, and raw materials based on deep understanding of product requirements and customer needs
Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand and systematically respond to customer needs and feedback related to quality.
Manage risk and compliance within the quality function, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Your Experience and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus
Deep quality knowledge at automotive standard (TS / 16949 and ISO 9001).
Extensive experience in quality, with a track record of success in leading quality and its sub-functions. Experience in a transformational setting is beneficial.
Quality experience must include standards, operational quality and supplier quality. Quality system deployment, standards deployment, TS / ISO certification is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to drive change, optimize processes, and implement innovative strategies.
Business fluency in English is essential.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven experience delivering results across a complex, global organization.
Strategic thinking and the ability to influence decision-making at the executive level.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
