Age in Place Home Care is a licensed, privately owned, full service provider of non-medical home care registered to provide service in all counties throughout Pennsylvania.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Community Development Manager to join our team. As the Community Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing and directing Age in Place team members, engaging with local community members, organizing events, and promoting our organization through various channels. The purpose of this job is to communicate, network, build strong relationships, educate and follow-up with referral sources with the goal of adding new clients to Age in Place Home Care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage our community
- Plan, organize, and execute community events both online and offline
- Manage social media platforms and create engaging content to increase brand awareness
- Build relationships with community members, stakeholders, and partners
- Respond to inquiries, comments, and feedback from the community in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding
- Monitor community trends and provide insights for improvement
- Responsible for organizing and implementing referral development, marketing, and assessment programs
- Responsible for the recruiting, onboarding, training and retention of new employees as it relates to company policies and procedures
Compensation:
- Starting $900/Weekly
-This position is eligible for an incentive compensation plan
Qualifications:
- High school diploma five years of experience in related role OR bachelor's degree three years experience in related role
- Proven experience in community management or related roles
- Strong event planning and management skills
- Proficiency in social media management platforms and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to market, negotiate, and build relationships effectively
- Ability to pass all necessary pre-employment requirements including drug screen and background checks
-Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
