Job Posting Title : FMLA Specialist
Hours : M-F, 7 a.m. - 3 : 30 p.m
How you will do it
- Primary contact for employees requesting FMLA leave.
- Review FMLA leave requests and determine eligibility in compliance with applicable laws / regulations. Facilitate timely processing of requests.
- Maintain confidential records related to FMLA in accordance with Company policies and legal requirements.
- Daily Monitor and track FMLA usage.
- Monitor usage trends by day, department and employee and report out finds and suggestions to make improvements
- Work collaboratively with Springfield P&C team members and departmental management.
- Provide training / education on FMLA to managers and employees.
